Refund policy

At Nani-Sy Scentsations & Creations, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products- room sprays, cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Nan-Sy within 7 days of delivery.

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. To start a return, you can contact us at nanisyscentsations@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If a return is accepted: All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Any packages sent back to Nani-Sy Scentsations & Creations, without direct contact from me stating to return the item(s), will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. 

We do not assume responsibility for packages containing returns that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We do not replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.

Damages and issues

Your order is adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at nanisyscentsations@yahoo.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
